convenient location helpful staff comfortable room
The location is really convenient for getting around using public transport. I found the staff to be excellent. They were friendly and helpful. My room was very comfy and tidy, I had a good night's sleep. Breakfast offered a lot of options (I really enjoyed the fresh pastries). Storing my luggage both before and after checkout was very useful.
I noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway, which could use some attention.

smooth stay near the canals
clean room hot shower reasonable price helpful staff
i found the room impressively clean, and the hot shower was a real plus after a day of travel. breakfast included in the price was reasonable. the peoplemover was less than a ten-minute walk away, it made getting around easy. staff at the hotel were really helpful.

a decent stay
new hotel cute staff remote location lacking amenities
the hotel was new. it also contained all the needed utilities. the staff were helpful and cute to any questions i had.
the location is remote. the area around the hotel isn't nice. there was not any amenities in my room like a kettle, water, or cups.

varied breakfast friendly staff convenient location
i loved the varied breakfast. there were so many options available each morning!!! the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location was so convenient as it was near public transport.
i did find that the surroundings were not very attractive. the industrial area was a bit of a letdown.
